Plans and billing
Grida offers a free plan, one simple monthly subscription, and Custom terms for organizations with specific requirements.

Pro is billed monthly per organization, not per member. Inviting or removing a member does not change the base subscription price.
Custom is sales-led. Its price, billing schedule, support, deployment, and other terms are defined in an agreement rather than a self-service checkout.
Team and annual subscriptions are not available for new purchase.
AI credit
Free and Pro do not include a recurring AI-credit allowance. AI credit is purchased separately and shared by the organization.
You can buy between 500 of credit in one checkout. The checkout shows the credit you receive and the additional processing charge before you pay. Automatic reload is available on Pro. Existing legacy Team subscriptions keep access until they move to Pro. Custom agreements may define different AI-credit terms.
Manage billing
Organization owners can use billing settings to:
- view the current plan and, for Pro, its renewal date;
- review invoices;
- update the payment method;
- buy AI credit; and
- cancel a Pro subscription.
Pro renews each month until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so the organization keeps Pro until that date.
Refunds and billing errors
Subscription charges are not automatically prorated when a subscription is canceled. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and unused accidental AI-credit purchases are handled under the refund policy.

Custom plans are for organizations that need tailored commercial terms, deployment, integrations, or support. Contact Grida to discuss the requirements.
